What you will do
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for multiple software development and digital transformation initiatives.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery practices while tracking sprint health, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Coordinate .NET, OutSystems, Creatio, QA, DevOps, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
- Manage client and executive stakeholder communication, escalations, risks, blockers, milestones, and expectations.
- Oversee resource allocation, workload balance, budget tracking, and billability targets.
- Ensure releases meet quality, security, and architectural standards and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or software engineering management, including at least 3 years in a Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager role.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise web, mobile, or digital product applications in client-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, microservices, low-code platforms such as OutSystems and Creatio, and cloud deployments with .NET and Azure.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and delivery reporting dashboards.
- Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, executive presentation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Background as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Tech Lead in a software consultancy.
- Experience managing client-site or regional delivery operations across the GCC region.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe Agilist certification.
