TL;DR
Delivery Manager (Digital Products and IT Projects): Leading end-to-end delivery of complex digital products and software initiatives with an accent on Agile governance, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional team coordination. Focus on managing delivery risks, optimizing resources and budgets, and ensuring high-quality releases across .NET, OutSystems, Creatio, QA, and DevOps teams.
Location: On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for multiple software development and digital transformation initiatives, from inception through post-launch support.
- Establish Agile and Scrum governance while monitoring sprint velocity, backlog health, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinate .NET, OutSystems, Creatio, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to maintain delivery momentum.
- Act as the primary escalation point for clients, Program Managers, and executive leadership, communicating progress, risks, and milestones.
- Identify and remove technical, operational, and resource blockers while managing vendors and third-party implementation partners.
- Oversee team composition, workload balance, budgets, billability targets, quality assurance, security, and architectural compliance.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or software engineering management, including at least 3 years in a Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise web, mobile, or digital product applications in client-facing environments.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Understanding of SDLC, microservices, low-code platforms such as OutSystems and Creatio, cloud deployments, .NET, and Azure.
- Advanced experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, reporting dashboards, delivery metrics, stakeholder negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive presentations.
Nice to have
- Background as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Tech Lead in a software consultancy.
- Experience managing client-site or regional delivery operations across the GCC region.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe Agilist certification.
