Founding Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own how the product looks, feels, and works across the desktop web experience.
• Build and maintain the product design system.
• Transform a complex stack of tools and service workflows into a cohesive product.
• Prototype product concepts with AI and validate solutions quickly.
• Deeply investigate user and business problems and turn insights into clear UX.
• Own design outcomes while working closely with the founding team.

Requirements

• Experience designing desktop web products.
• Strong product design and UX problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and evolve design systems.
• Ability to prototype with AI rather than relying only on static mock-ups.
• High standards for visual quality and a strong sense of taste.
• Ownership mindset and comfort working with high autonomy in a small team.

Nice to have

• Experience building products in an AI-native environment.
• Collections or fintech experience is not required.
