Financial Controller

Location: On-site in Cotia, Brazil; availability for national and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Manage accounting, tax, treasury, controllership, and financial reporting activities for hirify.global Brazil.
• Advise the Presidency on business plans, investments, and return on invested capital.
• Analyze business segment profitability and recommend actions to achieve financial goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, deviation analysis, manufacturing cost calculation, and financial resource optimization.
• Manage tax functions, internal and external audits, and application of internal policies and controls.
• Lead the finance team, including selection, training, development, and daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the role.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong knowledge of BR GAAP, IFRS, tax legislation, corporate governance, financial markets, and financial analysis.
• Experience with leadership, people management, personnel development, Microsoft Office, and financial and accounting systems.
• Availability for national and international travel.

• Postgraduate degree, MBA, or relevant specialization.
