Senior Project Leader (Product Development)

Location: Billund, Denmark, with a hybrid policy averaging 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Lead novelty projects from idea to launch in partnership with Franchise Leadership Teams.
• Align creative, business, marketing, consumer, and franchise stakeholders around project goals.
• Drive strategy deployment, feasibility assessments, resource planning, budgets, governance, and progress tracking.
• Manage risks across desirability, feasibility, and viability, including mitigation plans.
• Own quality management and improve project processes, ways of working, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Motivate project teams and provide steady leadership during change and uncertainty.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale or complex projects in a project management capacity.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complexity and change.
• Extensive professional experience in project management, operations, planning, procurement, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• Educational background in business, engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Understanding of supply chain management, operations, planning, or procurement.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
