What you will do

  • Coordinate subsidiary board and committee meetings and provide company secretariat support.
  • Maintain statutory records, corporate registers, group structure charts, and Companies House filings.
  • Support compliance with company law, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance best practices.
  • Manage authorised signatory updates, powers of attorney, document legalisation, and corporate paperwork.
  • Act as a governance contact for internal and external stakeholders, auditors, directors, and C-suite leaders.
  • Support due diligence, KYC requests, annual reports, and updates to company secretariat information systems.

Requirements

  • CGI qualified or part-qualified.
  • Experience in financial services or within a global public or private company.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in company secretariat and corporate governance matters.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with integrity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated team player able to build and maintain relationships across the business.
