What you will do
- Coordinate subsidiary board and committee meetings and provide company secretariat support.
- Maintain statutory records, corporate registers, group structure charts, and Companies House filings.
- Support compliance with company law, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance best practices.
- Manage authorised signatory updates, powers of attorney, document legalisation, and corporate paperwork.
- Act as a governance contact for internal and external stakeholders, auditors, directors, and C-suite leaders.
- Support due diligence, KYC requests, annual reports, and updates to company secretariat information systems.
Requirements
- CGI qualified or part-qualified.
- Experience in financial services or within a global public or private company.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in company secretariat and corporate governance matters.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with integrity in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player able to build and maintain relationships across the business.
