Senior Industrial Designer (EV Hardware)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong; onsite role

What you will do

• Lead industrial design across home, commercial, and destination EV charging hardware from concept to final production.
• Define and evolve the product design language, including colour, material, and finish systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing engineering, and contract manufacturing partners to deliver production-ready products.
• Prototype and iterate through sketches, 3D-printed models, appearance models, and renders.
• Design durable, IP-rated, all-weather enclosures and related accessories such as mounts, cable management, and holsters.
• Own the complete physical experience, including packaging, unboxing, installation, and manufacturing quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and shipping highly polished premium consumer hardware.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating taste, restraint, ownership, and close attention to detail.
• Fluency in surfacing and rendering tools such as Rhino, Alias, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and KeyShot or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of CMF, injection moulding, die casting, finishing processes, and design for manufacture.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Conversational English is required; C1 or above is preferred.
