Senior Technical Solutions Architect (Microsoft Power Platform): Designing and presenting secure, scalable Power Platform solutions that help customers modernize collaboration and workplace operations with an accent on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure integrations, and technical presales. Focus on translating business needs into performant end-to-end architectures, guiding solution architects, and solving complex deployment, integration, and data-modeling challenges.
Location: Position locations include Canada and the United States, including Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa, Oakville, Dallas, and multiple US states. Travel between the US and Canada is required at under 15%.
Salary: $100,800–$126,000 annually plus 30% target incentives; Toronto range: $96,080–$128,100 annually plus 30% target incentives.

What you will do
- Lead technical presales and design for cloud and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Architect end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-party services.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and performant architectures while supporting data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Advise customers and IT leaders, prepare customer-facing statements of work, and present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and guide solution architects and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience developing and architecting Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Expert proficiency with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, AI Builder, Power BI, Power Fx, and Power Platform COE.
- Experience with Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse plug-ins.
- At least 5 years of experience in progressively responsible technical roles.
- Strong client-facing communication, critical thinking, and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to travel between the United States and Canada for under 15% of working time.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Teams SDK, Microsoft Graph, and third-party connectors.
- Knowledge of MS Syntax.
