  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems and electronics assembly, including PCB assembly, harness routing, connector crimping, and conformal coating.
  • Ability to write manufacturing procedures and interpret electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and ICD documents.
  • Fluent English required; the role is on-site in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the space, defense, or aerospace sector.
  • Familiarity with ECSS, NASA standards, and derating practices for space hardware.
  • Experience with EN9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems, audits, NCR processes, and quality gates.
  • Knowledge of vibration, thermal-vacuum, and EMC environmental testing.
  • German language skills and experience working with design teams during early product development.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fast decision-making within an agile working environment.
  • Open and collaborative communication around risks and obstacles.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the development and operation of reusable orbital spacecraft.
