Customer Support Specialist II - Transportation (Transportation Operations): Ensuring reliable shipment pickup and delivery through shipment monitoring, appointment scheduling, and customer and carrier communication with an accent on transportation management systems, service recovery, and operational accuracy. Focus on resolving shipment issues, updating real-time load statuses, and coordinating changing requirements across shippers, receivers, carriers, and logistics teams.
Location: On-site in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. Monday–Friday, 4:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. No immigration sponsorship or transfer is available.

What you will do
- Process shipment entries and manage load information in the Transportation Management System.
- Monitor shipments from tender through pickup, transit, delivery, and empty status.
- Schedule appointments with shippers and receivers and update the system as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers and carriers about service failures, detention, accessorials, and changing shipment needs.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve shipment issues and support on-time pickup and delivery performance.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer workflows and business practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including email etiquette.
- Availability for the Monday–Friday, 4:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. schedule and on-site work in Little Rock.
- Ability to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or transfer.
Nice to have
- College degree.
- Knowledge of the freight industry.
- At least one year of customer service experience in an office environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
