Business Analyst, Sales & Commercial Operations

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for commercial activities across the LAC Region.
• Coordinate contracting, initiative execution, documentation, funding approvals, and follow-ups.
• Connect sellers with Finance, Operations, Legal, Technology, and other internal stakeholders.
• Streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting on requests, timelines, initiatives, and deliverables.
• Prepare status updates, summaries, and insights to improve data quality and decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, analytics, consulting support, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, trackers, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Availability to work from the Bogota office at least 3 days per week.
