What you will do

• Build stablecoin infrastructure supporting minting, burning, transfers, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Design secure systems for key management, transaction signing, gas fee management, and blockchain integration.
• Develop internal ledgers tracking balances across multiple blockchains and token types.
• Integrate stablecoin services with FX and payment systems to enable fiat-to-stablecoin conversion.
• Write, review, and ship production-grade backend code.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and compliance teams to deliver reliable and auditable services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with object-oriented design and production-grade development.
• Strong experience with at least one strongly typed language such as Kotlin, Java, C#, C++, or Rust; Python alone is not sufficient.
• Experience building and integrating blockchain infrastructure, including wallets, transaction flows, and key management, into financial systems.
• Strong understanding of secure system design, private key handling, signing, encryption, and operational controls.
• Experience integrating new systems into legacy or distributed environments without causing instability or regressions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, compliance, and non-technical teams.

• Experience with FX, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Python experience.
