TL;DR
Android Developer (Kotlin): Building and maintaining robust Android applications for a major financial-sector client with an accent on Kotlin development, scalable architecture, and automated testing. Focus on designing maintainable mobile components, improving application performance, and delivering stable releases in a mature CI/CD environment.
Location: Campinas, Brazil; on-site work in the Campinas office every day is required.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain scalable Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Implement enhancements and bug fixes to improve performance and user experience.
- Perform agile deployments and contribute to product quality and stability.
- Test and debug code, including unit and automated UI tests.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
Requirements
- Advanced English is required for daily communication with people outside Brazil.
- Availability to work on-site every day in the Campinas office is required.
- Previous experience as an Android Developer with solid Kotlin experience and Kotlin coding conventions.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose, REST, MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, and interface componentization.
- Experience with JUnit, Espresso, Git, Git Flow, and mature CI/CD environments using GitHub Actions.
- Basic knowledge of Material Design and automated testing practices.
Nice to have
- Experience migrating Android applications from Java to Kotlin or from single-module to multi-module architecture.
- Experience supporting QA Engineers with end-to-end automation using Appium.
- Experience with feature toggles, trunk-based development, or Node applications.
- Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, AEM, or related Adobe tools.
