Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Remediate vulnerabilities across the full stack, including authorization issues, XSS, path traversal, SQL injection, weak cryptography, dependency risks, and container security.
• Upgrade .NET and frontend dependencies, diagnose breaking changes, and drive fixes through completion.
• Write unit and functional tests that verify security fixes without regressing existing features.
• Coordinate credential rotations and sequenced rollouts with application owners and DevOps.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for unfamiliar repositories and support technical reviews.
• Document recurring findings and automate routine dependency updates to prevent security debt.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core experience for web application development.
• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with a modern frontend framework; Angular is preferred, while React or Vue experience is transferable.
• Working knowledge of SQL, query parameterization, and ORM or data access layers.
• Regular experience with unit testing and familiarity with Git, including branching, rebasing, clean commits, and pull requests.
• Clear written and spoken English required, with a genuine interest in application security and the ability to understand unfamiliar codebases.

Nice to have

• Integration or end-to-end testing experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server, Docker, Azure, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with xUnit, Moq, coverlet, Karma, Jasmine, Aikido Security, and ESLint.
