What you will do

• Provide vision, mentorship, and strategic leadership for an engineering team building secure open source libraries at scale.
• Set technical direction and product strategy across language ecosystems, dependency management, security hardening, tooling, automation, and services.
• Own comparator gates, LLM-based judge rubrics, language-specific build systems, and AI-powered automation.
• Improve build and testing infrastructure for reproducible, auditable, and trusted library releases.
• Oversee vulnerability detection and patching, SBOM generation, and provenance generation across library ecosystems.
• Partner with engineering, product, community maintainers, and external partners to drive interoperability and adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling technical teams and building or maintaining platforms at scale.
• Experience managing teams that ship agentic AI tools in production, including evaluation suites, LLM-judge rubrics, agent knowledge, and measurable quality gates.
• Strong understanding of language ecosystems such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or .NET, including build, dependency, release, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services such as GCP or AWS, and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Ability to support engineering growth, anticipate technical challenges, and align execution with broader business objectives.
