GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $128,300–$180,000, with possible stock options, bonuses, merit increases, and role-dependent sales commissions.

What you will do

• Design, build, and extend internal web application features using Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
• Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and automated integrations between Salesforce, Gong, and other revenue systems.
• Partner with SDR, AE, AM, and CSM stakeholders to translate business pain points into an actionable engineering roadmap.
• Evaluate and operationalize LLM prompts, open-source AI frameworks, and third-party tools to improve output quality.
• Document architecture decisions and create operational playbooks for maintainable standalone systems.
• Coordinate with data engineering, security, and Enterprise Apps teams on corporate infrastructure integration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating CRM systems as systems of record, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred, including safe writes, idempotent synchronization, and API-limit-aware design.
• End-to-end ownership of production data pipelines, including monitoring, alerting, and failure recovery.
• Practical architecture experience with platforms such as Supabase, Firebase, Vercel, Railway, or Render; Supabase experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as the sole engineer responsible for prioritization, quality, and production issues.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal tooling for revenue, sales operations, or customer success teams.
• Experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company.
