TL;DR
Contract Junior Solution Delivery Engineer (Healthcare Interoperability): Designing, integrating, configuring, testing, and delivering technical solutions for a homecare technology platform with an accent on healthcare data exchange, customer implementations, and solution quality. Focus on troubleshooting complex integrations, developing implementation documentation, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and supporting reliable information exchange across providers, payers, states, and partners.

Location: Remote within the United States; 12-month temporary W2 contingent contract, 40 hours per week.

Salary: Fixed price of $85,000 for 12 months.

What you will do

  • Support Solution Architecture, Product, and Engineering teams in delivering technical solutions to providers, payers, states, and partners.
  • Configure, integrate, test, document, and troubleshoot solutions in customer environments.
  • Develop project plans, communicate status updates, and manage solution iteration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create user guides, technical specifications, and other implementation documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Technical Customer Care.
  • Identify process improvements that increase delivery throughput and solution quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with complex customer implementations and system integration.
  • Strong technical, project management, troubleshooting, communication, writing, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work collaboratively, learn quickly, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as X12, HL7, or APIs, and with state Medicaid agencies, managed care organizations, or homecare providers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira or ticketing support systems.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
