Focus on configuring widgets and integrations, performing cross-device QA, and solving ambiguous client requests independently within high-volume support queues.

Location: Remote from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with regular overlap during core EST business hours.

Salary: $9.50 USD per hour; part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.

What you will do

• Build, update, and maintain client websites in Duda and other CMS platforms.
• Configure widgets, forms, buttons, third-party code, navigation, and responsive layouts.
• Create branded visual layouts and graphics using Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Trim and format short videos and user-generated content for websites and digital placements.
• Perform mobile and desktop QA to verify design consistency, functionality, and brand alignment.
• Manage Jira ticket queues, task hand-offs, progress updates, and blockers asynchronously.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building or maintaining websites with CMS platforms; Duda experience is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing tools.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge from a design and layout perspective.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage high task volumes independently.
• Structured availability for approximately 20 hours per week with regular EST business-hours overlap; exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
