Business Process Analyst

Location: Taguig City, Philippines; hybrid work setup with required office attendance 10 times per month. The role supports North America and EMEA shifts and requires flexibility to work across time zones.

What you will do

• Document current-state Sales and Go-to-Market processes, workflows, handoffs, controls, system interactions, and responsibilities.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with global business, technology, sales, finance, legal, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
• Analyze process gaps, bottlenecks, manual workarounds, data quality issues, control weaknesses, and system adoption challenges.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for workflow automation, AI-assisted processes, analytics, digitization, and system improvements.
• Design future-state process maps, operating models, business requirements, controls, success measures, and implementation recommendations.
• Create executive-ready presentations and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supporting global transformation initiatives, preferably in organizations with approximately 20,000 or more employees.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with technology or digital transformation, enterprise system implementations, process modernization, or automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Go-to-Market processes, including lead-to-cash, pipeline management, forecasting, quoting, contracting, renewals, and customer handoffs.
• Advanced proficiency in business process mapping with Microsoft Visio, Miro, or similar tools, including value streams, swimlane diagrams, detailed workflows, system flows, and RACI views.
• English proficiency required; flexibility to support North America and EMEA shifts and collaborate across time zones is required.
