Project Coordinator (Bitcoin Mining and AI/HPC)

Location: Fox Creek, Alberta, Canada; travel to project sites may be required.

What you will do

• Maintain master project schedules, consolidate subcontractor and vendor updates, track milestones, and coordinate meetings across global time zones.
• Review invoices against contracts, reconcile payments, monitor budget expenditures, and support monthly forecasts and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Organize permits, drawings, change orders, technical specifications, and submittals while maintaining document version control and compliant archives.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, track action items, and consolidate stakeholder information into project status reports.
• Coordinate administrative requirements, onboarding documentation, and insurance compliance with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support on-site logistics and help ensure project resources, documentation, safety, and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in construction, engineering, or a technical industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational, financial-data, scheduling, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to project sites and move safely through construction environments.

Nice to have

• Understanding of data center infrastructure or MEP systems.
• CAPM certification or interest in pursuing PMP certification.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems for invoice tracking and reconciliation.
• Experience working with global teams or in a fast-scaling technology company.
• CSTS 2020 or WHMIS 2015 certification.
