What you will do
- Build and maintain systems for opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows.
- Own sales compensation modeling, quota and attainment tracking, and performance reporting.
- Design automations that improve follow-up discipline, surface next-best actions, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting.
- Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the operational stack as the business scales.
- Maintain data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including dashboards and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company.
- Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, compensation plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
- Strong technical fluency with CRM and GTM tools.
- Solid SQL skills and comfort working with SQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-intensity, high-autonomy environment.
