Product Manager (SaaS): Driving discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration of digital workplace health and safety products with an accent on customer needs, product requirements, and cross-functional execution. Focus on translating workflows and pain points into prioritized backlogs, coordinating Agile delivery, and using product data and feedback to improve customer outcomes.
Location: Remote, applicants must be located in Canada. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Salary: Approximately $110k CAD annual base salary, with the final offer determined by qualifications, experience, skillset, and location.

What you will do
- Own discovery, definition, execution, and delivery of initiatives within an assigned product area.
- Conduct customer discovery and translate user needs, workflows, and pain points into product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform roadmap planning and feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and product teams from concept through launch and post-release iteration.
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
- Measure product performance using usage data, customer feedback, qualitative insights, and defined success metrics.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Experience contributing to successful software products, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of Agile product development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment with geographically dispersed colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; a technical background is an advantage.
