Software Engineer I (Frontend/Backend/Infrastructure): Building and integrating web applications, APIs, and infrastructure services for internal customers, engineering teams, and operational partners with an accent on reliable, maintainable, and operationally ready systems. Focus on developing features from design through production release, connecting complex platforms, and solving integration and reliability challenges across frontend, backend, and infrastructure environments.

What you will do
- Implement and deliver software features and customer requirements from concept through production release.
- Develop or integrate frontend applications, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, platform, product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Improve service reliability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
- Investigate bugs, technical issues, and integration problems; write unit and integration tests.
- Communicate progress, estimates, risks, and impediments while contributing to documentation and engineering practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional, academic, or personal experience developing software, web applications, services, or infrastructure.
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript or frontend development; Go or another backend language; or DevOps, cloud, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
- Basic understanding of software development practices, Linux, and command-line tools.
- Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn across different areas of software and systems engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating frontend and backend systems or working with HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, or GraphQL.
- Experience with React, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, or infrastructure as code.
- Experience supporting customer portals, developer portals, self-service applications, or ticketing systems.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
