What you will do

• Research client needs and recommend robust, efficient software solutions.
• Develop high-quality, performant frontend code for financial-sector applications.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead refactoring of existing programs.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients.
• Provide technical consultancy and mentor colleagues to strengthen team capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web application development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, Angular Material, SCSS, CSS, and HTML.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance testing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of client-server communication, protocols, REST principles, Git, and Atlassian tools.
• Experience with Agile environments, including Scrum or SAFe, and cross-functional squads.
• Hands-on experience with XP practices such as pair programming, TDD, DDD, and simple design, plus responsible use of AI tools.

Nice to have

• German language knowledge.
• Knowledge of Node, Docker, application lifecycle, and CI/CD.
• Security or UI/UX experience.
• Experience mentoring less-senior colleagues.
