TL;DR
Program Analyst (Energy Efficiency): Supporting multiple energy-efficiency programs through rebate processing, data tracking, reporting, and coordination with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders with an accent on program operations, data accuracy, and clear communication. Focus on reconciling program data, preparing operational reports, managing changing priorities, and improving understanding of sustainable energy initiatives.

Location: Remote in British Columbia, Canada, with office attendance required 1–2 days per week

Salary: CAD 25.70–44.55 per hour

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day operations across multiple energy-efficiency programs.
  • Coordinate customer communications, follow-ups, and rebate application processing.
  • Track program data, schedules, metrics, and operational activity.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with invoicing, data reconciliation, and general program administration.
  • Collaborate with clients, customers, and internal teams while managing work independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, or recent graduate status with strong transferable skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables, plus PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently with a small team.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship or immigration support; successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-focused programs.
