Talent Acquisition Strategist

Location: Remote, based in the EMEA region; international travel 2–4 times per year for company events is required.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions that improve talent selection and hiring efficiency.
• Align selection initiatives with performance outcomes and career frameworks.
• Develop professional processes, frameworks, training materials, and documentation.
• Coach and mentor team members in analytical capabilities and thought leadership.
• Represent the function when required and advise company leaders on talent strategy.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in psychology or another people-focused subject.
• Strong academic record and experience leading teams in a talent function within technology or consulting.
• Exceptional project management skills and experience delivering strategic roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of talent selection and a technological mindset for creating automation and hiring products.
• Advanced analytical skills using SQL, Python, and/or statistical analysis.
• Exceptional written and spoken English and strong presentation skills for senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Advanced psychometric assessment experience and knowledge of relevant vendors.
• Deep understanding of human behavior and intrinsic motivation.
• Experience with Superset and advanced dashboarding.
