TL;DR
Senior Program Manager (GEOINT): Leading delivery of a large-scale, multi-year intelligence, remote sensing, GEOINT, and ISR program for a national-level customer with an accent on PMO governance, operational readiness, and executive stakeholder engagement. Focus on integrating intelligence operations, satellite imagery, AI/ML-enabled analytics, workforce transition, and complex international delivery across the GCC.
Location: Remote within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC); periodic travel within the region may be required.

What you will do
- Lead execution of a multi-year program spanning ISR, GEOINT, remote sensing, intelligence analysis, training, technology integration, and operational support.
- Act as the primary customer interface and senior in-country representative, aligning customer objectives, contractual requirements, and operational priorities.
- Establish and manage the program management office, including integrated schedules, governance plans, reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and program reviews.
- Lead geographically dispersed program personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary technical, analytical, engineering, training, and operational teams.
- Coordinate the transition from initial to full operational capability across collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination, analytics, and training.
- Manage risks, dependencies, performance metrics, corrective actions, delivery quality, schedule adherence, and budget performance.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive program management experience leading large, complex programs.
- 10+ years managing multidisciplinary teams in government, defense, intelligence, aerospace, geospatial, or technology sectors, including teams of 20+ personnel.
- Experience leading international or overseas programs, geographically dispersed teams, and customer-facing operational environments.
- Strong understanding of remote sensing, satellite imagery, GEOINT, GIS, intelligence analysis, ISR operations, data analytics, and AI/ML-enabled analytic systems.
- Experience establishing PMOs, managing organizational transformation, and engaging senior government and military stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in program management, engineering, geospatial intelligence, geography, remote sensing, GIS, intelligence, defense, data science, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Ministry of Defense, intelligence, ISR, GEOINT, or national security organizations.
- Experience establishing operational intelligence, fusion, geospatial operations, or similar mission centers.
- Experience with satellite tasking, collection management, imagery exploitation, or intelligence operations in the GCC or Middle East.
- Military, intelligence community, or defense industry leadership experience.
