Medior Automation Tester

Location: On-site in Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek District, 30 Shahrisabz Street; remote and hybrid work are not suitable during the launch phase.

What you will do

• Write and execute functional and regression test cases and define risk-based test coverage.
• Develop Cypress E2E automation and REST API tests using Postman.
• Perform manual, cross-browser, device, performance, load, and accessibility testing.
• Manage test environments and data, investigate production incidents, and track defects in Jira.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD, reduce flakiness, evaluate results, and prepare test reports and documentation.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to refinement, estimation, and test strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience with Cypress E2E, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST API testing, Git, Page Object Model, and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of test design methodologies and architectural patterns, with the ability to deliver independently.
• Working proficiency in English at C1 level is required.
• Russian at C2 level and Uzbek are required.
• Availability for on-site work in Tashkent is required.

Nice to have

• Performance and load testing with JMeter.
• Mobile test automation with Maestro.
• Security testing fundamentals, OWASP, and penetration test support.
• BDD and WCAG accessibility testing experience.
• Experience with listing, real-estate, e-commerce, or other high-traffic platforms.
