Software Engineer (React)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: PHP 78,333–104,500 per month, with potential variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, develop, and enhance existing software systems.
• Investigate problem reports, resolve technical issues, and write tests to improve reliability.
• Handle source-code maintenance and contribute to system documentation improvements.
• Optimize and continuously improve the software development process.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Release functional code frequently within a Scrum-based Agile environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with React.
• Working knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with Jira or another issue-tracking tool.
• Familiarity with Confluence or a collaborative content workspace.
• Effective communication, diligence, persistence, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, support others, and grow technical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft C#.
