All-Source Fusion Analyst

Location: Remote within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC); periodic travel within the region may be required.

What you will do

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis supporting military operations, strategic planning, and security initiatives.
• Integrate OSINT, GEOINT, political-military assessments, operational reporting, and other data sources into comprehensive assessments.
• Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, indicators, threats, risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities affecting regional security.
• Develop intelligence products, reports, briefings, strategic assessments, predictive analyses, and scenarios for senior military and government leaders.
• Monitor regional and global developments and provide timely updates on emerging issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary intelligence teams and present findings and recommendations in written and verbal formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Geography, National Security Studies, Information Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years conducting all-source analysis in support of military operations.
• Experience integrating multiple intelligence disciplines and producing actionable intelligence products.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.
• Proficiency in intelligence reporting, assessment development, information synthesis, and identifying patterns from complex datasets and information streams.
• Basic understanding of geospatial analysis and related toolsets.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S., NATO, GCC, or allied military and defense organizations.
• Experience with intelligence fusion centers, joint operations, or multinational military environments.
• Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa regional security dynamics.
• Advanced degree in a related intelligence, international relations, national security, or political science field.
• Experience using intelligence analysis and visualization tools for operational planning and decision-making.
