Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work
Salary: €3,500–€3,900 gross per month, including fixed and variable compensation, meal allowance, remote-work allowance, and benefits.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions and architectures for the Inter Data Platform.
- Build, optimize, and manage data pipelines supporting complex workflows and analytics.
- Develop ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, migrate, and deploy data across multiple systems.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, availability, and reliability throughout the data lifecycle.
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues with robust, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, contribute to technical decisions, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong data engineering expertise and experience designing scalable data pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence technical decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks Lakeflow.
- Experience with Matillion ETL.
- Knowledge of modern cloud-based data platforms and data integration best practices.
