IT Graduate Program

TL;DR

IT Graduate Program (Programming/Fullstack, QA Automation, and Technical Support): Building practical IT skills through three months of programming and soft-skills training, followed by placement in a delivery team with an accent on fullstack development, automated testing, and technical support. Focus on applying newly acquired knowledge to real product and service environments, developing technical expertise, and solving operational challenges in payroll and HR technology.

Location: Onsite. Workation is available from any hirify.global location for up to four weeks per year within the EU.

What you will do

• Complete a three-month training program in programming and soft skills.
• Join a specific team after training as a junior fullstack developer, automation tester, or technical support consultant.
• Apply acquired technical knowledge to production-related tasks and service delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues across hirify.global locations on payroll and HR solutions.
• Develop technical and professional skills through an individual development plan and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Be a third-year IT student graduating this year or an IT graduate.
• Demonstrate strong interest in IT and programming.
• English proficiency at C1 level is required.
• Show eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Be prepared to work onsite.
• Pass the interview process, submit a recent Certificate of Character, and complete a background check.
