What you will do

• Design and maintain management dashboards and commercial steering reports covering business performance and pipeline evolution.
• Develop actionable insights to support management decisions, commercial prioritization, and strategic execution.
• Partner with Sector, Product, and Group stakeholders to understand business objectives, reporting needs, and the data landscape.
• Identify client synergies, commercial opportunities, and leads across products and sectors through advanced data analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations and assess commercial processes to improve reporting value and data quality.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of Salesforce for pipeline management, client interactions, and commercial activity monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data management capabilities, with experience transforming complex datasets into business insights.
• Experience in business performance management, commercial reporting, or management information within financial services or a commercial environment.
• Advanced Power BI skills and experience building decision-support dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality, and reporting principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence local and global stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with analytical rigor and a strong focus on business impact.
