Founders Associate (AI)

hirify.global supports a rapidly scaling AI startup building agents that automate the purchase order lifecycle for industrial supply chain operations.

What you will do

• Act as a founder force multiplier by carrying context, making decisions, and maintaining execution speed.
• Build operating cadences, processes, and communication systems with an AI-native approach to automation.
• Plan and run the hiring process for the next 20 employees, including closing critical candidates.
• Own financial reporting, budgeting, KPIs, P&L visibility, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
• Lead strategic projects including market entry, pricing architecture, agent deployment, and partnerships.
• Build fundraising infrastructure, investor narratives, data rooms, and investor updates.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, a fast-moving VC-backed startup, or building a company.
• Strong structure, ownership, communication, and ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, P&L, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
• Daily use of AI tools and a clear perspective on operating an AI-native company.
• Fluent English and German at C1+ level required.
• Must be based in Berlin and work in person from the Berlin-Mitte office.
