Creative Production Manager (Fashion)

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, North Holland)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of creative projects from briefing to final delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage integrated campaign production encompassing content shoots, video, digital, and print.
• Research, appoint, and manage external production partners, freelancers, and talent.
• Oversee art buying, usage rights, and contract negotiations.
• Develop, track, and reconcile project budgets and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Optimize production workflows by embracing AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of integrated production experience within fashion, lifestyle, or an in-house creative agency.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel creative projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of art buying, talent management, and licensing negotiations.
• Experience managing production budgets and external production partners.
• Deep knowledge of the fashion industry and its seasonality.
• English fluency is required as it is the working language of the company.
