What you will do

• Lead construction, integration, and infrastructure deployment projects focused on ELV systems, structured cabling, and technical fit-out.
• Manage planning, vendor coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors through progress reporting, risk tracking, and issue escalation.
• Oversee infrastructure hardware deployment, cabling routes, containment, grounding, ELV interfaces, and compliance with design standards.
• Run on-site workshops and technical coordination sessions to optimise construction workflows and installation methods.
• Maintain method statements, installation storyboards, red-line drawings, commissioning plans, milestone trackers, and other project documentation.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in project management, construction engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience managing ELV systems, structured cabling, technical installations, or large-scale integration projects.
• Understanding of infrastructure interconnections, including cables, containment, racks, panels, power, and monitoring or control systems.
• Experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, or large commercial construction projects.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, quality control, documentation, and on-site activities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, engineers, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
