What you will do

• Coordinate global tax registrations (VAT/GST/sales tax) and manage the comprehensive compliance calendar.
• Prepare and review VAT, GST, OSS, and VIES returns before submission.
• Reconcile tax reports with accounting records and third-party platforms to resolve discrepancies.
• Support corporate income tax (CIT) and deferred tax calculations and related accounting entries.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities on audits, research, and ongoing correspondence.
• Improve and scale tax processes through the implementation of AI and automation tools.

Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the Accounting or Tax field.
• Knowledge of Lithuanian direct and indirect taxation principles.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Comfort working with AI and automation tools to improve manual processes.
