What you will do
- Support the delivery of internal communications strategies and functional communication plans for the Life business.
- Find, write, and publish stories across written communications, events, videos, and campaigns.
- Develop communications plans for strategic deliverables and connect them to colleagues’ roles.
- Use data and colleague insights to improve engagement and evolve communications approaches.
- Build relationships with leadership, Life business stakeholders, Corporate Affairs, Brand and Sustainability colleagues, HR, Finance, and other support functions.
Requirements
- Experience working in an internal communications team or delivering communications activity as part of a broader team.
- Creative thinking and the ability to identify strong stories and select effective communication formats.
- Ability to understand complex topics and create engaging content linked to a corporate narrative.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Reliable execution, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions, demonstrate impact, and improve communications.
