Client Consulting Manager (Payments): Leading consulting initiatives and project teams for bank partners with an accent on strategic planning, portfolio growth, client engagement, and data-driven recommendations. Focus on analyzing large datasets, building scalable consulting solutions, and coordinating cross-functional teams to solve complex banking and payments challenges.
Location: Remote from Armenia; occasional presence at a office may be required with advance notice.

What you will do
- Lead consulting initiatives and project teams supporting bank partners.
- Develop strategic frameworks, solutions, recommendations, and measurable insights to improve client performance and portfolio growth.
- Analyze large industry and datasets to identify meaningful insights and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and regional teams to deliver consulting projects.
- Create scalable solutions, toolkits, methodologies, and consulting approaches for the practice.
- Provide strategic mentorship and support client priorities across business segments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, including Big3, Big4 advisory, or comparable firms.
- Experience managing a team and handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, facilitation, PowerPoint, and Excel modeling skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations or payment schemes, including products, business systems, marketing initiatives, and card issuing.
- Ability to work remotely from Armenia and attend a office when scheduled with advance notice.
