What you will do
- Lead operational support functions including budget, financial management, facilities, administration, supply, and ICT.
- Act as a Strategic Business Partner and Deputy to the Head of Office, including serving as Officer in Charge.
- Oversee risk management, governance systems, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit recommendations.
- Guide supply and logistics strategies to ensure value for money and efficiency in procurement and supply chain management.
- Manage staff development, succession planning, and empowerment within the operations team.
- Coordinate UN Operations Management Team (OMT) inputs and Common Back Office arrangements.
Requirements
- Advanced University Degree (Master's+) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Finance, or related operations function.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in operations management (budget, finance, supply, HR, or ICT).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven experience in Results Based Management.
- Hands-on experience in strategic and managerial leadership.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manila, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Experience in humanitarian settings or fragile contexts.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish).
- Experience with corporate ERPs and IPSAS.
- Background in the private sector or international NGOs.
