What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and visionary roadmap for the Graphic Print Team to drive innovation in print production.
• Supervise daily team operations to ensure seamless execution of activities and strategic projects.
• Identify process improvements and integrate advanced printing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Promote a strong team culture based on collaboration, ownership, and continuous professional upskilling.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align print outputs with broader project and organizational goals.
• Manage resources, budgets, and a network of external specialist collaborators and freelancers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital print production and large format printing.
• Proficiency in the operation of plotters and laser cutting equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop a professional team.
• Experience in managing production processes and financial budgets effectively.
• Strict commitment to high quality standards and safety protocols in print production.
• Ability to remain current with the latest trends and technological advancements in the field.
