Executive IT Support Senior Technician (Mac)

Location: Warren, Michigan. Must be based in or eligible for relocation to the US. No immigration sponsorship provided.

What you will do

• Provide white-glove technical support for senior executives and admins, managing board-level interactions and travel.
• Serve as the enterprise expert for Mac support, defining standards for macOS and Apple hardware.
• Collaborate with Client Engineering, Security, and Networking teams to optimize secure executive technology experiences.
• Identify service gaps and implement improvements to the support model, workflows, and escalation paths.
• Lead root-cause analysis for high-impact issues and ensure readiness for critical events.
• Mentor team members in Mac support and executive engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in VIP/Executive IT support within a complex enterprise.
• Expert-level proficiency in supporting Mac devices and Apple ecosystems.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• No immigration sponsorship available (H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, etc.) now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting C-suite or board-level leaders.
• Experience creating service playbooks and operating models.
• Experience with executive event support and leadership transitions.
