What you will do
- Manage and oversee the entire anti-fraud and investigation process
- Develop and implement fraud model prevention initiatives
- Perform fraud loss recovery and maintain detailed daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate collaborations with other internal departments
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching and development
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a fraud analyst, internal auditor, or risk policy specialist in banking, multifinance, or fintech
- Professional experience with personal loans, retail loans, or credit cards
- Hands-on experience in field investigation
- Proven skills in data analysis
