What you will do

• Lead end-to-end research activities, from discovery and user interviews to usability testing and recommendations.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve internal user experiences for business teams, such as underwriters and claims handlers.
• Support product teams in understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points to shape user-centered solutions.
• Contribute to the design and validation of innovative experiences, including conversational AI and intelligent workflows.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, product owners, and architects to ensure insights are integrated into the product lifecycle.
• Drive evidence-based decision making through qualitative and quantitative research and market trends.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a UX Researcher working on digital products, enterprise platforms, or complex user journeys.
• Proficiency in various research methodologies, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workshops.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience balancing business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints in complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to influence decisions through evidence.
• Must be based in or able to work in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled experiences, conversational interfaces, or automation.
• Skills in UX/UI design, prototyping, Figma, or service design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies.
