What you will do

• Prepare and review direct and indirect tax returns (CIT, VAT/GST, withholding tax) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage tax accounting, quarterly and annual provisions, and month-end closing activities.
• Lead responses to tax audits and coordinate documentation and response strategies with authorities.
• Establish internal controls over tax processes and provide support for M&A, restructuring, and financing.
• Partner with external advisors and internal legal/finance teams to interpret global tax legislation.
• Develop internal tax guidelines and present consolidated forecasts and effective tax rate analysis to management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational group or Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of direct/indirect tax laws, tax accounting, and transfer pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
