What you will do

• Assist with planning and executing research projects and experiments.
• Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant research information.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and validate new ideas.
• Collect, analyze, and document scientific or technical data, procedures, results, and observations.
• Support the development and improvement of products, processes, and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain laboratory equipment, and support project administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong scientific or technical expertise in the relevant field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Appropriate certifications required by the contract.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance for access to customer systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Ability to comply with safety regulations and protocols and meet the stated physical requirements.
