What you will do

• Lead global and local agency deals across EMEA to drive multi-market opportunities.
• Develop annual pricing plans to maximize revenue and margin in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Partner with local market VPs, Ad Ops, and Marketing to create scalable deal solutions.
• Manage day-to-day trading relationships, performance forecasts, and revenue risks.
• Lead the development of Joint Business Plans (JBP) to support long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate trading data and market insights to provide solution-focused competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience in data-driven commercial strategy and trading.
• Proven relationships and communication skills with agency trading partners and clients.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term priorities.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from London, UK
