Developer Relations Director (Gamedev)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Moscow, Almaty, Armenia, Baku, Georgia, or other CIS countries)

What you will do

• Oversee all developer relations activities in the assigned region to align with global strategy and local market needs.
• Manage and mentor Developer Evangelists, fostering technical excellence and developer empathy.
• Lead the delivery of lighthouse integration cases to inspire partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to capture developer feedback and remove adoption barriers.
• Represent hirify.global at regional and global industry events, delivering presentations and workshops.
• Guide the creation of best-in-class technical documentation, tutorials, and educational materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background in game development (mobile, PC, or web) with hands-on experience in APIs and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and deliver measurable engagement outcomes.
• Established presence in regional and global game developer communities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
