What you will do

• Lead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops.
• Provide technical guidance for both custom integration scenarios and self-service implementations.
• Develop high-quality technical resources, including integration guides, tutorials, sample code, and API examples.
• Deliver lighthouse integration cases that serve as benchmarks for the industry and internal teams.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, technical conferences, and meetups through presentations and live demos.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve SDKs, APIs, and documentation based on developer feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism, ideally in the game industry.
• Strong technical skills in game development (e.g., Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, payment systems).
• Experience delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops.
• Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in the CIS region or Serbia.
• Ability to travel for partner visits and conferences primarily across the CIS region.
