What you will do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure quality for North American operations.
• Lead regional procurement teams across a matrix setup, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage strategic initiatives including ERP rollouts, process harmonization, and Supply Quality Management frameworks.
• Optimize procurement performance regarding TCO, EBIT, working capital, and supply security.
• Conduct RFQ processes and manage quantity contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and translate global targets into regional objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional exhirify.globalence in strategic procurement, preferably in an international context.
• Proficiency in SAP MM, eProcurement, and ERP system tools.
• Proven leadership exhirify.globalence with a track record of coaching, delegating, and building relationships.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in North America.
